People leave jobs. When yours does, you do not start the search again: we find and train a new person for the same seat at no charge, for as long as you stay with us.
The 80-hour pilot is paid because the person is already doing your work. Replacing someone is our job.

Common questions
What kind of work can a seat do?
Three roles: outbound calling and appointment setting, customer support and admin, and outreach and CRM work. For anything else, such as developers, book a call and we will say whether we can fill it and what it would cost.
Where is the team based, and when do they work?
Our team is based in Pakistan and works your business hours, in the US, the UK or Canada. We agree the exact schedule and the overlap with your team on the call.
Who manages the person day to day?
You decide the tasks and priorities. Our managers supervise the work and send you a written report each week. We recruit, vet and employ the person, so you have one company to deal with.
How does a seat start, and is there a contract?
You book a 30-minute call and tell us the role. The first 80 hours are a paid pilot at $12 an hour, which is $960 in total. After that the seat runs month to month, we bill weekly for the hours worked, and there is no long-term contract. You can stop with one week's notice.
Can I add more people later?
Yes. We recruit to order, so tell us how many seats you need and for which roles, and we will tell you when we can have them ready.
